Lieblingsstücke aus den privaten Sammlungen Beckers und Landau
12.09.2015 – 02.10.2015
The Frankfurt gallerist Anita Beckers and the Frankfurt design and art dealer Frank Landau will open a collaborative gallery in the fall of 2015. The space is in a prime location in Frankfurt’s inner city at Braubachstrasse 9.
Following seperate international success, Beckers and Landau will pool their experience and strengths. The central focus of the cooperation will be to enrich the art and design scene in Frankfurt with new impulses, as well as continuing their presence at international exhibition fairs. Exhibitions will be both alternatively and collectively created, featuring work from the avant garde to contemporary visual and video art through to design.
For the season opening of the Frankfurt galleries in September 2015, both will be presenting some of their favorite pieces from their personal collections in the new gallery space. FAVORITES (not for sale) promises an exciting “cross over“ between art and design history of the last fifty years.
In addition to the new space, both Anita Beckers and Frank Landau will continue to be present at their current locations.
